Sheboygan Paint Company announced that Fallon Phillip has joined the company as human resources director. Phillip will oversee the human resources function across the company, including its facilities in Sheboygan, WI, and Cedartown, GA.

In support of the company’s “Customerization” motto, Fallon will facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture company wide.

Phillip brings more than 12 years of experience to the role, where she will contribute to the business strategy by helping leaders build organizational capabilities, behaviors, culture, structures, and processes. She will be an integral part of forecasting and planning talent pipeline requirements in line with business strategy and will operationalize human resources initiatives that add value to the organization.
